Since 1977, Andrew Helgesen has been privileged to practice law and provide quality representation to clients in southeast Florida.  The firm has been located in Palm Beach Gardens at the same location since 1986. We have been fortunate and blessed by having many of our clients referred to us by other lawyers.  However, the vast majority of the clients are referred to us by other clients.

Today, the firm focuses on these practice areas: real estate law, including complete representation from pre-contract through title closing; estate planning and estate administration, including the preparation of wills and trusts, probate, trust administration and guardianship; business law, including formation and representation of limited liability companies, corporations, partnerships and other entities; representation of nonprofit corporations; and preparation and review of all types of contracts, including leases.  And, while it does not constitute a distinct practice area, we act as legal counselors for many individuals, families and businesses covering a wide variety of opportunities, problems and concerns.  Resisting the temptation to grow larger or to join other larger law firms, we have remained small.  There are two lawyers in the firm, Andrew Helgesen and Linda F. Albritton. Each lawyer was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1977 and each received the prestigious Martindale Hubbell AV Rating - the highest available - over 25 years ago.

Our firm is proud to have a diverse client base, representing individuals and businesses from all of Palm Beach County, from Boca Raton to Jupiter/Tequesta and from West Palm Beach out to Belle Glade and Pahokee.  In Martin County we have clients from Hobe Sound up through Stuart.  Internationally, we have had clients from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, Norway, Finland, India and China.
